♥♥♥Help?!♥♥♥

So I had no idea what roaming even was for my phone and my company is charging me more than double of my whole bill. I tried discussing things with them but they only want to remove $60.
My bill is at $280 and there’s no way I can pay this. I’m crying right now. I just can’t believe that they would charge me so much and not even tell me or notify me about roaming at all! I need as much help as I can get. So please PLEASE help me. If you can’t buy a commission or donate, at least spread the word. It would be much appreciated!!!!
